Eligibility for Returns
- Handmade Items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and packaging.
- Custom Orders: Non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
- Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital crochet patterns and tutorials are non-refundable once downloaded.
Refund Process
- Contact us at service@alycecrochet.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless due to a mistake on our part.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or full refund.
